Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create detailed civil engineering drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and prepare design layouts accordingly.
  • Conduct site visits to gather relevant data, assess existing conditions, and ensure designs are feasible and practical.
  • Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or MicroStation is mandatory for effective drafting tasks.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in civil drafting, particularly in infrastructure projects, is preferred.
  • Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a valuable asset for candidates working on land development projects.
