Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for G+1 steel structures, ensuring adherence to DM regulations and approved drawings.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of steel erection, welding, and bolting, verifying compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, detailing work completed, challenges faced, and solutions implemented.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and efficient workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years specifically in G+1 steel structure projects within the UAE.

  • Must be DM approved or have the ability to obtain DM approval.

  • Proven experience in managing and supervising steel erection, welding, and bolting works.
