Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver civil engineering designs for onshore oil and gas facilities, including foundations, drainage systems, roads, hardstanding areas, and structural supports.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, design calculations, and other engineering documentation for FEED and Detailed Design phases.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) to ensure design integration and consistency.
- Review vendor drawings, data sheets, and technical documents, implementing approved changes as required.
- Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, and value engineering exercises to support project execution.
- Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with client standards, UAE regulations, and international best practices.
- Provide support during engineering reviews, technical audits, and project meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in FEED, Detailed Engineering, or Detailed Design for onshore oil and gas projects.
- Familiarity with client standards, engineering codes, and international civil engineering practices.
- Proficient in civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Immediate availability in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
