Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documents, and submittals for client submission.
- Develop and review material submittals, method statements, and risk assessments in accordance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to track material delivery, maintain logs, and ensure timely site availability.
- Prepare site progress reports, monitor daily activities, and provide status updates to project management.
- Oversee site coordination to ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and schedules.
- Manage and follow up with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and installation of works.
- Prepare testing procedures and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Submit inspection requests for material delivery, installation, testing, and project handover.
- Compile handover documentation, including design files, test and commissioning reports, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and training materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within infrastructure or pipeline projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in O&M procedures, project documentation, and construction methodologies.
- Proven ability to prepare and manage technical submittals, reports, and project logs.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Familiar with QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and client handover requirements.
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
