Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) rules, regulations, and approval procedures.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Handle authority approvals and inspections.
Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on site.
Provide technical support and resolve site-related issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
4–5 years of proven UAE experience in civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) rules and approval processes.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
