Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
We are looking for a Civil QA/QC Engineer (2 - 4 years experience) to ensure quality, standards compliance and structural integrity of civil construction works in ongoing projects.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks on civil works (concrete, structural, finishing, materials) to verify conformance to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Review material submissions and procurement documentation; inspect incoming materials and conduct tests to ensure quality and compliance before use/installation.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation: inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), test results, method statements, and ensure closure of any quality issues.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and consultants to resolve quality-related issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with codes and project standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be willing to relocate to Dubai.
