Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with UAE construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects.
- Conduct site supervision, inspections, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare drawings, reports, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and codes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience in civil/construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and structural design tools.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
