Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Prepare letters and respond to technical reports as required
- Review design documents and project plans to ensure compliance with engineering standards
- Coordinate with external authorities such as MOPW, Dubai Municipality, developers, and project owners
- Prepare technical reports and statistical records from inspection campaigns for the maintenance department
- Monitor project schedules and programs, preparing progress reports for committees
- Participate in internal and external committees to support project planning and decision-making
- Collaborate with different sections and stakeholders during project design stages
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, or Industrial Engineering from a recognized university
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, design standards, and project coordination practices
- Proficiency in technical report writing and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage deadlines and ensure project milestones are achieved
