We are seeking an experienced and certified Civil Engineer with a DM Certificate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the principles of civil engineering and be able to apply this knowledge to design, construct, and oversee projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings. The position demands proficiency in project management, structural analysis, and the ability to work collaboratively with other engineers and owners. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee overall projects ensuring safety and efficiency standards.
• Prepare detailed project schedules, and planning.
• Manage the project team to deliver projects within time and budget constraints.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with client and management.
• Review designs and approve technical specifications, and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local and national engineering codes and regulations.
• Prepare and present engineering reports to CEO
• Identify and resolve any project deviations and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to improve project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Possession of a valid DM Certificate is mandatory for this position.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant civil engineering experience in villa renovations and fit out works for commercial offices and residential villas/apartments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex engineering concepts clearly and effectively.
