Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of interior and landscape projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
Design Integration: Work closely with designers to ensure designs are structurally feasible and meet aesthetic goals.
Site Management: Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with designs, safety standards, and timelines.
Material Expertise: Advise on the selection of materials and construction techniques for both interiors and landscapes.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work adheres to The House of Kalaa’s quality standards and UAE building codes.
Budget Control: Develop and manage project budgets, optimizing resource allocation.
Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project progress, site inspections, and quality assessments.
Problem-Solving: Address on-site challenges with creative and practical solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Civil Engineer for Interior and Landscape
DM license and Trakhees license are preferable
Experience in Interior and Landscape Project Planning and Management
Proven experience in managing interior and landscape projects, preferably for luxury villas and commercial spaces.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local regulations in the UAE.
Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in high-end villa and commercial project design and execution.
Knowledge of sustainable and innovative construction practices.
Familiarity with 3D design and visualization tools.
