Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor site construction works to ensure quality and compliance with design documents. • Coordinate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders on-site. • Review and report progress, materials, and workmanship quality. • Ensure all safety and authority regulations are followed. • Review shop drawings and material submittals. • Prepare daily and weekly site reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision (preferably within the UAE). • Previous experience in working with consultancy offices is a must. • Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and local authority procedures. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
