Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise construction activities, providing on-site guidance to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders to secure permits and approvals necessary for project advancement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in civil engineering to continuously improve project outcomes and methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset for international projects.
  • Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all engineering designs and documentation.
  • Problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, ensuring a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering, showcasing expertise in project management and execution.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, highlighting proficiency in handling complex engineering challenges.
  • Proven ability to use engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit for precise design and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members.
