Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate project initiation, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and company strategy.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans, ensuring projects are completed within constraints.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and providing clear direction and performance feedback.
  • Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material management, to optimize project costs and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred, showcasing expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering construction projects, providing a deep understanding of the industry.
