Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.

  • Ensure block work, plastering, and flooring works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

  • Monitor workmanship quality and productivity.

  • Plan manpower and material requirements.

  • Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.

  • Report daily progress to site engineers and project management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5–6 years of UAE experience as a Civil Foreman.

  • Strong experience in:

    • Block work

    • Plastering works

    • Flooring works (tiles, screed, and finishing works)

  • Ability to supervise and manage site labor and subcontractors.

  • Capable of reading drawings and executing work as per project requirements.

  • Good knowledge of site safety practices and quality standards.

  • Ability to coordinate with engineers and project management teams.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
