Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site civil works.

  • Lead and manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Ensure work is executed as per the approved drawings and specifications.

  • Monitor site progress and maintain project timelines.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers.

  • Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.

  • Control material usage and prevent wastage.

  • Resolve site issues and maintain a smooth workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 – 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the UAE.

  • Strong knowledge in structural works, concrete, blockwork, plastering, and finishing.

  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

  • Good leadership and team supervision skills.

  • Familiar with UAE construction standards and safety regulations.

  • Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering (preferred).

  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
