Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site operations and coordinate work activities of construction crews.
  • Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Plan, organize, and delegate tasks to team members based on project schedules and manpower.
  • Monitor progress and productivity, ensuring timely completion of tasks and reporting delays to site management.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and enforces site safety protocols to ensure a zero-incident environment.
  • Liaise with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Manage material inventory, ensuring timely requisition and proper usage of construction materials.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including work progress, manpower logs, and material usage.
  • Assist in interpreting construction drawings and plans for workers to understand site execution.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment on site.
  • Report site issues, incidents, and manpower need to the project manager or site engineer.
  • Support training and mentoring of junior staff or new workers on technical skills and safety awareness.
