Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines while maintaining a safe work environment.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, fostering strong professional relationships.

  • Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project status, workforce productivity, and material usage for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred, providing a strong theoretical foundation for practical applications.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry, showcasing effective leadership skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as OSHA, First Aid, or site-specific safety training to demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety.
  • Hands-on experience with construction management software and tools, enhancing project tracking and reporting capabilities.
