Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage on-site teams, allocating tasks based on skill sets and workload to optimize productivity.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards, implementing corrective measures immediately.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and compliance records to ensure accountability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A degree or diploma in civil engineering or construction management, providing a solid theoretical foundation.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in civil construction projects, demonstrating practical knowledge and expertise.
  • Relevant certifications in safety management (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Proven experience working with diverse teams, showcasing strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
