Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and control daily site activities for all civil and architectural finishing works, including marble, ceilings, partitions, painting, tiling, and joinery.
- Ensure workmanship quality, precision, and compliance with project drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards.
- Plan daily and weekly activities in coordination with the Site Engineer and Construction Manager to meet project milestones.
- Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring efficient labor distribution and optimum productivity.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other disciplines (MEP, structural, interior design) to resolve technical and sequencing issues.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at all times.
- Conduct material inspections, verify deliveries, and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Prepare daily progress reports, manpower records, and site logs for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in hotel projects or high-rise buildings.
- Strong technical expertise in finishing and interior fit-out works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manage multiple finishing trades.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Immediate availability preferred.
