Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Coordinate and manage on-site teams, allocating tasks based on skill sets and workload to optimize productivity.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards, implementing corrective measures immediately.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and compliance records to ensure accountability.
Desired Candidate Profile
A degree or diploma in civil engineering or construction management, providing a solid theoretical foundation.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in civil construction projects, demonstrating practical knowledge and expertise.
Proven experience working with diverse teams, showcasing strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
