Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of civil construction workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to guide construction operations and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Holds a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera P
  • Certified in relevant construction safety standards (e.g., OSHA 30-hour) is highly preferred.
