Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contractor activities, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Perform quality control checks on materials, workmanship, and construction methods.
• Review and assess Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by contractors and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, inspection reports, and non-conformance issues.
• Identify deficiencies, generate reports, and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to resolve site-related issues.
• Conduct site visits to verify excavation, bedding, pipe installation, compaction, and backfilling for sewerage infrastructure projects.
• Assist in reviewing contractor submittals, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Attend progress meetings and provide updates on construction status, risks, and quality concerns.
