Civil Inspector DAR ALHANDASAH CONSULTANTS SHAIR AND PARTNERS B.S.C Closed Dubai Branch

Responsible for all civil, structural and infrastructure inspections for the project by implementing all aspects of the quality management systems and site supervision activities. Perform inspections and prepare reports to verify documents that scheduled and unscheduled works and activities in compliance to the regulations, standards and accordance with the Dar Quality Assurance (QA) Program. Ensure inspection checklists and frequency of inspections are reviewed and approved by the Project Manager/Resident Engineer and a clear forward plan and programme for such inspections are developed. Also, ensure all completed inspection checklists, reports & recommendations are issued for record and performance review purposes. Ensure safe working practices including compliance with permits to work system & DAR Standard Operating Procedures are implemented by Contractors and Subcontractors staff at all times. Liaise with the Resident Engineer for the effective implementation of the quality management systems and site supervision provision activities. Raise non-conformance notices (NCNs)/reports, site inspections notices (SINs), identify quality deficiencies in conjunction with the Resident Engineer (RE).
