Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective civil maintenance for guest villas, canopies, pathways, decks, and resort facilities
- Maintain interlock roads, main access roads, and sand levels around guest rooms and common areas
- Perform masonry works including brickwork, tiling, grouting, blocking, plastering, and minor concrete repairs
- Repair and maintain retaining walls, steps, sidewalks, chimneys, and stone structures
- Install, repair, and maintain tile floors and walls
- Handle minor plumbing repair tasks as required
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and update maintenance systems
- Support waste collection in assigned resort areas
- Assist with resort events, dune functions, picnic setups, and material transportation
- Operate assigned vehicles responsibly and conduct daily inspections
- Support energy conservation initiatives
- Attend safety and fire training and follow all safety procedures
- Document completed work and spare parts usage
- Act as part of the hotel emergency response team
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors based on operational needs
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in civil maintenance, masonry, or building repairs, preferably in hotels or resorts
- Ability to read basic drawings and follow maintenance instructions
- Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety standards for civil works
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor desert conditions
- Valid driving license
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team
