Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies and site inspections to assess project viability and compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and review detailed project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferable.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects, preferably in high rise buildings or urban development.

  • Experience in project management within the construction industry, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
