Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and closing of civil engineering projects, ensuring they align with budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to create detailed project plans and schedules, while addressing any potential risks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports to ensure the project remains financially viable.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a focus on project management principles.

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on GCC experience in civil engineering project management, particularly in Commercial / Residential Building Construction.

  • Experience working on large-scale projects, with a proven track record of managing complex timelines and budgets.

  • Able to work under minimum supervision.
