Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all civil construction activities on-site
Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet specifications
Uphold quality, safety, and HSE standards at all times
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities
Prepare detailed progress updates for Senior Management
Lead site teams effectively and handle resource planning
Requirements:
15+ years of experience in civil construction project management
Demonstrated expertise with villas and high-rise developments
Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and approvals
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
Bachelor s in civil engineering (master s preferred)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
