Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of construction materials and processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans tailored to specific project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, tests, and corrective actions to ensure traceability and accountability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
  • Professional certifications such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or a Quality Control certification are preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the civil engineering sector, demonstrating depth of knowledge.
  • Experience in high-rise buildings, infrastructure projects, or heavy civil works is highly desirable.
