Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct rigorous inspections on construction materials and processes to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
  • Review and interpret blueprints and project plans to identify quality control requirements and potential issues before construction begins.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and implement quality assurance procedures tailored to specific project needs.
  • Perform regular site audits and inspections, documenting findings and generating detailed reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential for understanding complex engineering concepts.

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on quality control experience in construction or civil engineering projects is preferred.

  • Certifications such as Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or equivalent demonstrate a commitment to quality and professional development.

  • Experience with project management tools and quality assurance software is a significant advantage in managing inspections and documentation.
