Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret plans and specifications accurately.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor construction progress and compliance with engineering standards.
- Manage on-site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in construction and site management is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly regarded for project management skills.
- Experience with construction management software and tools is important for efficient project tracking.
