Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and execute civil maintenance works at power plant sites, including structural repairs, foundations, roads, drainage, and building rehabilitation. Conduct regular site inspections to identify civil deficiencies and prepare detailed technical reports with corrective action plans. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within scope. Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with SEC standards and applicable codes. Track daily progress, material deliveries, and manpower utilization; submit accurate reports to the project manager. Enforce HSE regulations and ensure all civil activities adhere to SEC safety requirements and Saudi Aramco standards where applicable. Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams on civil interface works including cable trenches, equipment foundations, and underground utilitie

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. Minimum 5 years of field experience in civil maintenance or construction, preferably within power plants, utilities, or heavy industrial projects in Saudi Arabia. Familiarity standards, and SEC technical specifications. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is an advantage. Good command of written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
