Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on-site
Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
Monitor project progress, productivity, and compliance with safety standards
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams
Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and records
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision and civil project execution
Strong knowledge of construction standards, methodologies, and safety practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
