Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and labor teams to maintain project timelines and quality control.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on project progress and challenges.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to guide construction processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is essential for foundational knowledge.

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in civil construction projects, showcasing practical expertise.

  • Professional certifications, such as PMP or LEED, are highly desirable to demonstrate project management skills.

  • Experience with Interior Fitout projects is preferred to handle complex engineering challenges.
