Civil Site Engineer

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for experienced Civil Site Engineers for G+4 and G+12 building projects. Please find the details below:

G+4 Site Engineers:

• Minimum 6 8 years of experience in civil construction, particularly in G+4-level building projects.
• Must possess strong site execution skills, be a proactive team player, and have excellent knowledge of construction operations, site coordination, and project management activities.

G+12 Site Engineers:

• Minimum 8 10 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects.
• Should have proven expertise in structural works, finishing activities, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to effectively manage manpower and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and manage manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve timely project milestones.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with project requirements.
• Review and verify construction drawings and report discrepancies or technical issues to the project team.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material requests, and site documentation.
• Supervise subcontractor work and ensure completion within defined timelines and budgets.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical input for construction challenges or design clarifications.
