Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee architectural and civil engineering projects, from planning and design to construction and closeout.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in , Civil Engineering or related field.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • 3-7 years of experience in civil engineering /
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
