Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements. Conduct site inspections, surveys, and progress assessments to identify potential issues and implement timely corrective actions. Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and project managers to interpret drawings and guarantee structural integrity and design accuracy. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, labor teams, and suppliers, maintaining clear communication to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity. Ensure all site activities comply with UAE Municipality rules and regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with a strong grasp of core engineering principles. Possession of valid UAE Driving License and Society of Engineers registration; Professional Engineer (PE) certification is an added advantage. In-depth knowledge of UAE Municipality regulations, with preference for candidates experienced in Umm Al Quwain (UAQ). 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in civil construction, particularly in sheds, accommodations, or factory projects. Proven ability to handle large-scale infrastructure projects, demonstrating strong technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and project coordination abilities.
