Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities :

Oversee the construction and installation of swimming pools, including excavation, plumbing, and finishing work.
Coordinate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Supervise a team of workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to specifications.
Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety on-site, addressing any issues that arise.
Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to procure materials and services as needed.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and project requirements.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports, budgets, and change orders.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor with a focus on swimming pool construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques related to swimming pool installation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Understanding of health and safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
