Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop innovative solutions for complex civil construction challenges.
- Maintain organized project records and databases, ensuring easy access to documentation for all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for civil engineering projects, analyzing material and labor costs.
Technical Knowledge: Must have working knowledge of Electrical systems, Air Conditioning (AC), Masonry, Civil finishing, and Carpentry work.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Certifications such as Engineering Technician (CET) or similar are preferred to demonstrate professional competence.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience is essential for grasping complex project demands.
- Candidates with experience in both residential and commercial construction projects will be prioritized.
- Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations to ensure compliance and quality.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are crucial for navigating project complexities.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are essential for site inspections.
- Valid UAE Driving License
