Roles & Responsibilities
- Precisely install various cladding materials like metal, composite, and timber, ensuring alignment with architectural plans and specifications, to create durable and aesthetically pleasing building exteriors.
- Expertly measure, cut, and shape cladding materials using hand and power tools, maintaining accuracy to minimize waste and ensure a perfect fit for each project.
- Securely fix cladding panels to building frameworks, employing appropriate fasteners and techniques, guaranteeing structural integrity and weather resistance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements and ensure correct installation of cladding systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education and basic skills.
- Holds a relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in cladding or a related field, showcasing a commitment to the profession.
- Should have a valid CSCS card, proving the necessary health and safety training and competence to work on construction sites.
- Demonstrates minimum 2 years of proven industry experience in cladding fitting, highlighting practical knowledge and skills.
