Roles & Responsibilities
Team management : He plans the work, distributes the tasks and ensures compliance with schedules and instructions.
- Quality control: He ensures that the services comply with the specifications, quality and safety standards, and may carry out on-site checks.
- Operational support : He can carry out cleaning operations, participate in the training of new agents and manage the supply of equipment and products.
- Customer relations : He is the first point of contact with the customer and ensures follow-up on satisfaction.
