Experience: 2 years in secretary/administrative assistant in medical field mandatory

Working time - Any 8 hours (Rotational)
07:00 AM – 03:00 PM ; 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM ; 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM (Any Three shifts, rotational).

Contract - 3 Years

Location: Qatar

Nationality : Indian / Filipino / Pakistani / Bangladeshi only (MALE candidates ONLY)

Language: English

Looking for MALE candidates with NOC (Change of sponsor OR Secondment) ONLY.


Desired Candidate Profile

1. Keep accurate and detailed records of all departmental activities.
2. Complies reports, purchase requests, etc.
3. Types memos, letters, records and general correspondence
4. Prepares and maintains records of meeting proceedings.
5. Maintains departmental files.
6. Maintains statistical records as necessary
7. Orders routine supplies, receives and checks all incoming supplies, returning, returning items as indicated
8. Facilitates verbal and written communication, both intra and inter departmental
9. Assists with payroll/timesheet as required
10. Maintains Hospital and department competencies by attending department meetings, in services and annual updates.
