Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and assess deal feasibility in coordination with product teams.
  • Develop account plans to follow up on business opportunities and manage pipeline updates.
  • Provide insights on customer needs and market trends to support product enhancement.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients under the guidance of the Unit Head.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client servicing and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with product partners to drive cross-selling opportunities.
  • Execute structured client call programs to evaluate risks and identify opportunities.

Portfolio Management

  • Conduct regular meetings with portfolio clients to understand financial needs and introduce suitable products.
  • Stay updated on all products and services clients use across the bank.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements to maintain operational integrity.
  • Minimize operational losses and ensure high standards of service delivery.

Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Branches, Legal, Risk, and other key departments to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Ensure quick turnaround and effective handling of service requests.

Self-Management

  • Set and achieve annual performance goals in alignment with the reporting manager.
  • Identify training needs and complete required development programs.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail customer relationship management.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.

Mandatory SCA certification (CISI Level 3) and UAE Rules & Regulations certification.

Strong client relationship skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
