Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a Client Renewal Executive to join their growing team. The role involves managing client renewals, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all application documents meet the required standards set by licensing authorities.
  • Follow up with clients to facilitate timely renewals and maintain high retention rates.
  • Support the Senior Renewal Executive with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
  • Achieve monthly renewal targets and maintain accurate records of progress.
  • Prepare and maintain renewal forms, ensuring availability for sales agents.
  • Send regular updates to the Renewals Team and monitor compliance with response times.
  • Extract, collate, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Conduct random audits to ensure agents respond to client queries within the set timeframe.
  • Assist clients in completing forms and ensure smooth processing of renewal applications.
  • Schedule and coordinate driver requests for clients and team members.
  • Support the Renewals Team during high-volume periods or staff absences.
  • Identify compliance risks, audit internal processes, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on internal standards, policies, and business objectives.
  • Perform other related tasks as directed by the manager to meet departmental goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in any field; Master s degree is desirable.
  • 2 3 years of proven experience in company formation or business setup; sales background is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong background in customer service with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Highly organized, with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
