Client Service Coordinator Jobs Vacancy, We are looking for experienced and talented Client Service Coordinator for Dubai. Category Client Service Coordinator Jobs
Job Responsibilities:
• Files, prepares charts and performs data entry as assigned.
• Collect client payments, post payments on Company database, and make daily cash deposits.
• Responsible for office opening and closing procedures.
• Set and organize client appointments.
• Clean electronic home monitoring equipment.
• Act as lead and provide job training for Client Administrator I positions in the office.
• Responsible to install and/or de-install electronic monitoring equipment on clients
• Transport clients to the center, community service events, job fairs, employment centers, clinics, etc. using Company vehicle.
• Manage a small caseload of electronic home monitoring clients.
• Facilitate orientation and psycho-educational/behavior modification groups on a weekly basis.
Job Requirements:
• Good customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external contacts at all levels.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid computer skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Solid knowledge of internal Company computer systems and applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Company client procedures and policies.
• Basic database skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills is highly preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle if required to transport clients.
• Valid State drivers license
