We Invites Dynamic Individuals Seeking Challenging Opportunities Within a Highly Competitive Industry.
Job Description:
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the team
• Diary management for team members
• Management of clients and workflow, including taking phone calls and replying to client emails
• Fees, billing, invoicing and debt collection
• Lodgement of income tax returns and maintenance of lodgement program
• Drafting of letters and other correspondence
• Collating client documents, including financial statements and returns
• Scanning of documents
• Accessing the Tax Agent Portal to obtain information and liaise with the ATO by phone and email
• Reception duties, assisting other teams and other administrative work as required
Job Requirements :
• Experience working in an accounting or consulting practice would be advantageous
• Experience in APS software, including fees, central console, workflow and lodgement
• Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Some familiarity with accounting software such as Xero (optional, but highly regarded)
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills and able to multitask and prioritise tasks
• Friendly and energetic with a can do attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have excellent internal and external client service skills
