About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Services Agent fluent in English, Arabic, and Russian to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences, ensuring every client interaction reflects our brand’s excellence and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person communication. Provide accurate information on services, policies, and procedures in English, Arabic, and Russian. Manage client inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups with professionalism and empathy. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution. Maintain client records and update communication logs in CRM systems. Support after-sales services and ensure client satisfaction and retention. Uphold the company’s brand image and values in all interactions. Requirements: Fluency in English, Arabic, and Russian (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or client relations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
