Position : Client Servicing Manager (Arabic Speaker) Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Candidates based in KSA will only be considered) Employment Type : Full-Time
About the Role We are seeking a highly professional and client-focused Arabic-speaking Client Servicing Manager to be based onsite at a client's office in Riyadh. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong relationship management, and seamless day-to-day communication. This role requires a proactive individual who can build trusted relationships, understand client requirements, coordinate internal resources, monitor ongoing projects, and support commercial objectives by ensuring smooth operational delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all day-to-day matters.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and effective communication between the client and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure successful execution.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular updates on project progress and deliverables.
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure client expectations are consistently met.
- Follow up on purchase orders, contracts, approvals, and invoicing processes to support timely project execution and payment collection.
- Coordinate internally to ensure all client requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and business growth within existing client accounts.
- Escalate issues proactively and support the resolution of client concerns.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and status updates when required.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, and key action items.
- Represent the company professionally at all times while working within the client's environment.
- Support client events, meetings, and operational activities as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, customer success, stakeholder management, or project coordination.
- Experience within events, sports, marketing agencies, advertising agencies, hospitality, consulting, or service-oriented industries is highly preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
