Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and project managers.

• Provide regular updates on site progress and address concerns or design changes.

• Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders to avoid delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in fit-out projects, including at least 5 years of hands-on HVAC supervision.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, UAE building codes, and MEP coordination.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings and technical specifications.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. 1. Site Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise and manage daily fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and company standards.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor progress to meet project milestones and deadlines.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety
