Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proven experience in educational program development and implementation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Certification as a Clinical Educator or equivalent credential preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in the use of educational technologies and learning management systems.
