Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
On-site machine installation and commissioning.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Train customers on machine operation and related software.
Provide technical support before and after sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with CNC machines (Router, Fiber Laser, CO2).
Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, and basic software diagnostics.
Good communication skills and problem-solving under pressure.
Fluent in English (spoken & written). The Arabic language is a strong plus.
UAE driving license or willingness to travel.
�Job location: United Arab Emirates — with occasional travel across GCC & Africa.
